2. Telehealth Services

Asthmaniac.com provides telehealth services for the diagnosis and management of asthma. Services are provided by a licensed physician holding valid medical licensure in California (CA), Arizona (AZ), Nevada (NV), Colorado (CO), Nebraska (NE), Texas (TX), Tennessee (TN), Alabama (AL), Florida (FL), and Georgia (GA). Services are only available to patients physically located in these states at the time of their appointment.

3. No Emergency Services

Asthmaniac.com is NOT an emergency service. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Prescription Policy

Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the treating physician. Asthmaniac.com does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following any visit. Controlled substances are not prescribed through this platform.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to your appointment. Payments are due at the time of service. Asthmaniac.com does not bill insurance. All charges are the patient’s responsibility.

6. Privacy and HIPAA

Your health information is protected in accordance with HIPAA. Please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for full details.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Content on Asthmaniac.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Individual results may vary. The physician-patient relationship is established only after a completed telehealth visit at the physician’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asthmaniac.com and its affiliated physicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
